Windows operating system has been one of the best operating system we’ve seen, since it initial release, they have continuously improved in the way they release their Os, just like from windows Xp to 7 and the rest.

Microsoft makes sure that their windows operating system is simple so that everyone can use it comfortably without stress.

Away from that, I will like to show you how to install one of Microsoft latest operating system which is windows 10

Windows 10 Os is one of the operating system released by Microsoft, it was released to the public on July 29, 2015.Windows 10 is the successor to windows 8.1,

Without further delay let me show you how to perform a clean installation of windows 10 on your new computer or on a computer with an existing operating system.

Window 10 system requirements

  1.    1gb ram for installation of the 32bit version of windows 10 and 2gb ram for the 64bit version of the windows 10
  2.    You need to have at least 16gb space on your Hard disk for the installation of the 32bit version and 20gb for the 64bit version of the Os
  3.    Processor of 1 gigahertz (GHz) or higher
  4.    Graphics card: The Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics with the WDDM driver
  5.    Display : 800 x 600

If your computer meets the following requirement then you are good to go for the installation.

Before you forge ahead, make sure you make a full backup your computer incase anything goes wrong during the installation process

How to install windows 10

  1.    Create a bootable flash/DVD :  Before you continue make sure you have the windows 10 installation media or you can create a bootable  flash drive or DVD that is containing the windows 10 installation file
  2.    Access your BIOS OR UEFI: To do this you have to Reboot your computer and press the F2, Escape, F12 to access your BIOS or UEFI menu, it might be a different key in your case just figure it out.
  3.    Change your boot order: If you are in your BIOS  menu, quickly move to the “boot” section and move the installation media you will be using to the top, it could be a flash drive or DVD drive. Save your setting and reboot your computer
  4.    Using your installation media: Insert the installation media you will be using and wait for your computer to boot into it
  5.    Enter your detail: During the installation process you will be asked to choose your language, keyboard and  input method, time and currency format kindly select your preferred option accurately and click next

  6.    Proceed with  the installation: To proceed with installation click on the Install Now that is located at the middle of the screen
  7.    Enter your windows 10 key: Before preceding you must enter you windows 10 key, it is a combination of alphabet and number. If you don’t have one you can visit Microsoft to purchase one. click accept box and click next to proceed
  8.    Choose your installation option: You will be given a menu to choose between Custom installation and Upgrade, for this sake of this tutorial, select the custom installation option and click next
  9.    Select installation location: At this point you have to select the hard drive or partition you want the windows 10 should be install in and click next

  10.      Wait for installation to complete: The installation process may take up to half an hour or even several hours depending on your computer previous operating system.
  11. Your computer will restart severally and sometimes it will prompt you to click any key to boot from CD, do not press any key
  12.      Complete the installation: Once windows 10 has been installed on your computer, you will be able to customize some settings like your region, preferred Language, username, password and other stuff.
