Microsoft has been one of the popular companies that produced the well-known Windows Operating Systems to help you enjoy your computer to the fullest. Microsoft has produced different versions of their operating system for a very long and considered the best when it comes to simplicity in using their operating system. With the release on their new windows 11 many people will love to install it on their laptops and desktops. Befor you can install this you will need an installation disk or a bootable flash drive.

That why I want to show two easiest way you can create a bootable flash drive for the new windows 11 so that you will be able to install it on your computer and on other peoples laptop.

Requirement for creating a windows 11 bootable flash drive

In creating a window 11 bootable these things are very important, without them creating a bootable flash will be a waste of time, and these things are

  • A good flash drive with at least 8gb free space, but I recommend 16GB flash drive
  • The iso file of windows 11 which is about 4.75GB in size
  • A good working computer
  • A software for creating the bootable flash drive. For this blog post i will be using two software which are Rufus and Anyburn

If you have the above listed things then you are ready to create a bootable flash drive for the new windows 11. Without wasting much of your time let jump right in to it.

Steps involued in Creating a Bootable Flash Drive for Windows 11

Using RUFUS

  • First of all you have to download Rufus that is if you don't have it on your computer.You can click on this link which will take you to rufus official download page
  • Download the windows 11 iso file
  • Insert the flash drive into any available USB port on your computer and open Rufus Software which you've downloaded
  • Now you have to select the USB that you want to make bootable
  • Under the Boot Selection tab, select Disk or Iso image and then click on the Select button and choose your iso file which you've downloaded
  • Click Start and Rufus will start creating your bootable flash drive. this will take a little while to complete.

Using ANYBURN

  • First of all you must have the windows 11 iso file and Anyburn software on your pc
  • Insert a flash drive into your laptop or desktop
  • Open up your Anyburn software as Administrator
  • Select the Folder icon and choose your Iso file
  • Next you will have to select the USB drive you will like to make bootable
  • A message will popup saying "all data in the usb drive will be erased" so make sure you backup the USB drive before proceeding. Hit OK to continue
  • With this anyburn will start creating the bootable flash drive for you. This will take about 2 to 3 minute depending on your computer speed.

    Conclusion

    Creating a bootable drive which you can use to install the new windows 11 is not difficult at all. all you have to do is to follow the above steps to create one for your self. If you wish you can go for the Rufus method or for the Anyburn method, but i assure you that all of them will work.
