When your pc is damage and needs a clean installation, then you need a bootable disk or flash drive to perform this action or task. And today I will be showing how you can create your bootable pen drive with anyburn.
If you ever which to create a bootable flash drive , there are several option for you to choose, like you can choose to use windows inbuilt tool called Command Prompt or you can choose to use PowerShell, whatever you chose you will still make your bootable flash drive. However, for this lesson I will not be using the above-mentioned tools in creating this bootable flash drive, instead I will be using software called Anyburn
Steps involved in creating a bootable flash drive with Anyburn software
Below are some simple steps you have to follow in creating a bootable pen drive with Anyburn
- First of all you have to download the Anyburn software for your pc, and to do so click on this link it will take you to a website where you can download the software for free
- After downloading the software, install and launch the application
- Click on Create a bootable USB you will prompted to run it as administrator just click on OK to continue
- In the next window you will see a folder icon, click on it to select your iso file
- If you do not have an iso file, simply visit Microsoft official website to download your iso file. However, if you have your windows installation disk, insert it and select the icon that looks like a disc.
- Next you will see an option saying Destination USB Drive which you will have to select the USB drive you want to use in creating this bootable flash drive, after doing that
- Finally click on Next a message will be shown to you stating that “all data on the USB drive will be erase” so if you have any important data in the usb, I advice you back it up before hitting the OK option
After hitting the OK option the creating process will begin, you have to wait for at least 2 minute depending on your system speed. With this, you have successfully created a bootable pen drive with Anyburn software
